CCSSA Form 6, which is a modified version of the newly retired Form 1, is offered in both regular and expanded feedback. This form features a multimedia item that requires Adobe Flash. Having read through the various forum threads on the 'retired' CSSA form 1, I suspect that only the answer choices were updated to match the recent USPSTF and FDA changes. The general consensus: CSSA 4 is the best indicator of your actual score. With that in mind, I would take form 6 now and save form 4 for closer to your test date. As more folks take form 6, or forms 2-4 (with the updated scores) we'll collectively have a better grasp on how to approach the NBME assessments as study tools. Happy studies to you!
